Metro’s revolutionary wetbacks overcome those ever increasing winter power bills for thousands of satisfied Metro owners. With the benefit of reduced power consumption and the availability of hot water during power cuts, a wetback will either boost or provide the majority of your households hot water requirements during winter.
25.4mm copper piping encased in a cast iron wetback casting for maximum efficiency and heat transfer. This wetback is fitted internally to the rear wall of the appliance on the freestanding models listed. For the Trend Insert models this wetback is fitted internally to either the left or right hand side wall of the firebox.
